Mid clean usually occurs after major construction is complete and before elements such as carpet, tile/grout, painting or other elements that would be conducive to a more dust and particle free environment are installed.

New homeowners often become very excited at this stage of the home building process. The home is coming together in reality rather than their imagination or on paper. This is also the stage where saw dust, dry wall and other necessary building materials are prominent. If you are looking to appease your homeowners and contractors allow us to come in and do a mid-clean.
